I loved the Holiday Inn Express in Berea. The staff stood out for being incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went the extra mile for us, providing larger towels since my husband is a big guy. This made us feel special during our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable setup. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything tasted fresh. The staff kept everything immaculate, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of items missing during breakfast when we went down, which was slightly disappointing. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time! The breakfast spread was impressive with delicious, warm cinnamon buns and lots of protein options. The pool was huge and perfect for the kids, and the shampoo and conditioner gave us everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
